Our Story
BudgetWerk began in Düsseldorf in 2016, when our founders noticed a recurring problem: small and mid-sized businesses were making major financial decisions with fragmented spreadsheets and little visibility into how funds were actually spent.
We set out to change that by combining structured budget planning with clear, jargon-free reporting. What started as a two-person advisory practice has grown into a team of financial planners and analysts serving more than 500 clients across Germany.
Today, we help businesses of every size build accurate budgets, allocate funds across departments, and reallocate resources confidently as priorities change — always with the same practical, transparent approach we started with.
